Harrison Soccer Fields
Harrison Soccer Fields is a park located in Evansville, Indiana. It is the home to 4 teams as well as several events that happen year round.
Harrison Soccer Fields is the current training location for FC Evansville of the USL Premier Development League and the NPSL Great Lakes Conference Champions AFC Lightning women's soccer team, but it also has a history with professional soccer. The original A-League team back in 1995 was called "The Attack," using the same logo from this location's long time tenant, The Attack Athletic Club.
In addition to professional sports, many youth clubs call Harrison Soccer Fields their home including Enlace Academy Fuego and Elite Athletes' Club (EAC). These groups use fields #1 and #2, both of which are natural grass. Field #3 is their home for night games, and it has lights that can accommodate any activity after the sun goes down.
Harrison Soccer Fields also hosts a number of adult leagues including Evansville Adult Soccer (EAS), The Evansville Ultimate League (EUCL) and the Last Call Coed Softball League. All three use the more popular artificial turf fields, generally scheduling their games on weekends or weeknights.
In addition to sports, Harrison Soccer Fields sees many outdoor concerts annually including Rockin' On The Riverfront and Good Morning Revival Tour. Also since opening in 1990, there have been hundreds of weddings held at this location with its beautiful views and easy access to downtown Evansville.
